Members of the Association,
Over the past few months, we have all been living through unprecedented times and COVID-19 has undoubtedly changed all of our lives. Our Beach Association’s first consideration is the safety and well-being of our community. We aim for our summer events to be safe, fun, and educational for all. As such, we are closely following the regulations and information being shared by the Ontario Provincial Government for major gatherings and community events.
Due to the restrictions outlined by the Province, we are sad to announce that the Annual Picnic is canceled for Summer 2021.
As a result of this cancellation, we don’t feel it fair to ask our Members for total dues, as our costs for the year will be lower. Therefore, the Executive Committee has decided to reduce the annual dues to only $10 per residence from the usual $30. This will cover our minimized costs and give us a head start to prepare for Summer 2022. To pay your dues please e-transfer treasurer@clearwaterbeach.ca use the password ‘thebeach’.
