We're Sorry We Missed You

Dear Clearwater Beach Ratepayer Association Members,

Over the past few months, we have all been living through unprecedented times and COVID-19 has undoubtedly changed all of our lives. Our Beach Association’s first consideration is the safety and well-being of our community. We aim for our summer events to be safe, fun and educational for all. As such, we are closely following the regulations and information being shared by the Ontario Provincial Government for major gatherings and community events. Due to the restrictions outlined by the Province, we are sad to announce that the Annual Picnic is cancelled for Summer 2020. Due to this cancellation, we don’t feel it fair to ask our Members for the total due, as our costs for the year will be lower. Therefore, the Executive Committee has decided to reduce the annual dues to only $10 per residence from the usual $30. This will cover our minimized costs and give us a head start to prepare for Summer 2021.

For your convenience, there are three choices that the dues can be paid:

Via cheque made out to Jill Jenkins and mailed to 604 Bayport Blvd., Midland, Ontario. L4R 0G4. Jill Jenkins is the Treasurer of the Clearwater Beach Ratepayers’ Association. Or,

a cheque made out to Jill Jenkins

Cash dropped off at the cottage of Dana Karnis, the CBRA president, at 1663 Champlain Rd. Please phone before delivering – 705.549.5885.

For more information please contact Dana Karnis at

Wishing you a safe summer – social distance, wash your hands frequently and wear a mask when appropriate.

Your Executive Committee,

Clearwater Beach Ratepayers’ Association

The biggest bass I have ever seen. We let it go to reproduce. Fishing has been terrific this year. I also caught a 5 lb bass this year.
